• Primitive camping will be available Thursday-Sunday and during the weeks of Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
• The property will be open 3-4 days a week for shooting, We must make sure we have range officers there every session. 
• You are guaranteed at least two reserved two our sessions per week, we will have 30 positions to accomodate all of the lease holders twice per week. We will scale as needed.
• Any open range time slots not reserved are availible to lessees to use any time. 
• Beach and picnic areas are open any time there are other activities scheduled or anytime maintainace work is being performed.
• A full calender will be available for you to check on activities and dates.

The lease is $299.00 Per month permenently for as long as the payments are made. There is a one time $1000 initiation fee/Deposit for the attorny work, which is refundable if we do not reach the operational numbers needed. 

The lease is a one year lease with auto renewal, If prices go down for any reason lease payments will be pro rated. founding leases will always get priority over new leases. We are currently capping them at 200, we will be operational at 100. The lease can be to any entity, 

We are not a gun club or a range. This is a land lease that happens to have those recreational shooting opportunities. We are currently limiting the leases to 200 units. We had to structure it this way because of Howell Townships ban on sport shooting ranges in the AR Zoning. 

In order to enjoy your second amendment rights in Howell Township you must have legal land rights to AR Zoned land for shooting. In their own briefs to the Federal court Howell Township stated that they do not suppress second amendment rights of landowners and that landowners can shoot any caliber of rifle at any distance including machine guns and 50 BMGs. This means everyone on the lease has limited land rights to the property during recreational hours. 

As you can see the township has violated your second amendment rights and made this type of recreational land extremely expensive. 

Therefore, we must spread the cost to a smaller number of individuals than we originally planned. Liability insurance, taxes, range safety officers, land payments, and safety improvements are all very expensive and are shared with the lease holders. We are a non-profit and we are doing this as much out of principle as we are to give the opportunity to you.

The property is only usable by lease holders, immediate family, and their limited guests. The reason for this is that in Howell Township you are only able to shoot on your own land as an accessory right if you have land rights by a lease or ownership. Your second amendment rights are excluded if you do not own or lease property in the township.

In order for the property to maintain a safe environment for both lease holders and the public we must control the times and areas of the property that lease holders have access to. 

Yes, we will guarantee that you will be able to get range time twice a week at a minimum. With 30 lanes we should be able to accommodate 120 people per day in the winter and 150 in the spring and summer. The lanes are scalable so if needed we will add ten lanes. We then can accommodate all 200 members per day in two-hour blocks! 

 The property is located just west of Howell Michigan. About a mile and a half off I-96 exit 133. This property is convenient to Lansing, Ann Arbor, Flint, and Detroit.  

The property features two lakes, a beautiful peninsula beach area, and areas for primitive camping.
